Terms You May Have Heard:

Scarcity: a condition when demand for a product or resource is higher than its availability.

Property Rights: the legal rights and abilities of individuals, associations, and governments to control, benefit from, enforce ownership of, and transfer property. In most cases, property rights protect someone from taking another’s property without due compensation.
