The Supreme Court’s Role in Restoring Federalism
Is federalism an anachronistic expectation?

Responses

No, it's as relevant, valid and essential as the it was in 1776, and will be in 2776.

We need to remember who the government is. It is the people, not a piece of paper such as a corporation. That I believe was the true intent of our founding fathers.

Not if I could have a vote. The Constitution is the ultimate guide for the short comings of human nature. It is rarely changed or amended because it is easier to manipulate and coerce in 8 year periods of personal imperialism.

No it should not be anachronistic.
